• Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid admission ticket.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
• Some artworks involve water. To enter these areas, you’ll need to remove your shoes. Complimentary lockers are available for your convenience.
• High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
• Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
• We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.

Tickets allow direct entry :

• Tickets are valid for time 10 am to 1 pm. Guests can visit the venue without any prior timeslot booking during this period only arrival, after first 3 hours may result in no entry.
